ROME Conseil piloted the implementation, in six European branches, of an ERP based on a core model dedicated to financial, sales and procurement functions.

The implementation was achieved with a team of solution consultants and key users at the branch level. This implementation both took into account the local requirements and needs of the branches and respected the deadlines.
